Wild Taming
The Wilds of Jhovenia are always full of things to discover. Including other Jhoven.
Wild Jhoven can be encountered all through the land of Jhovenia.
These Jhoven are not quite acquainted with the ways of civilization. They live off on their own, wise in the ways of covert movement.
If you’ve got good sight, you might be able to spot and encounter one.
These Jhoven are often seen with decor items already added to the design.
How to Tame
Only Wild Jhoven that appear in the hub are able to be tamed.
To try to tame a Wild Jhoven, you must draw or write about one of your Jhoven interacting with, and or tracking down the Wild Jhoven.
These submissions do not need to be submitted to the group.
A Wild Jhoven will be tamed by the person with the highest score for an an entry for that Jhoven, or by the player who has scored all possible 70 taming points for one attempt.
Taming Attempts get rolled when there are entries by five (5) or more different players.
Taming submission Requirements:
– Only 1 Jhoven is allowed to attempt to tame at a time.
– Handlers are not required.
If you do not have a Jhoven, you may draw or write about your handler character trying to tame the wild Jhoven alongside one of the Group Imports.
– Chibi images are allowed, but will halve your total score for the image.
– Submissions submitted will award +3 ranking points for only the wild Jhoven.
– You must have a Moosie Doll in your Bank at the time of your entry being rolled
Images:
-Fullbody for Both Jhoven,
-Background with a minimum of 4 elements,
-Colored or Detailed Greyscale
-800 word count minimum
-Clearly mention both Jhoven’s appearances at least twice,
-Have a clear Beginning, Middle and End.
You can find a Moosie Doll by
• Having a General Activity rolled.
• Having a battle rolled.
• Having a Magic Mastery Entry rolled.
Moosie Dolls may be Traded or gifted to other players
You may not sell Moosie Dolls for Real Life Currency.
(Currency from other ARPGS is okay.)
Taming Rubric
-1-20 rng Base score.
-1-10 score rolled when depicting accurate setting.
-2 D12 score rolled when effort put into the piece is clearly shown.
Effort value roll is triggered on attempts with the following requirements met:
Images: Fullbody, Shaded, Colored or Detailed Greyscale, Background with upwards of 5 elements, + correct location.
Literature: word count upwards of 1,000, mentioning both Jhoven appearances upwards of thrice, A mention of the desired Item in the wild’s description, + Describing correct location.
The score of the 2 D12s will be added together.
Roll Bonuses:
-Items marked in the Wild’s description to add from your bank. – +1 ea. with a cap of +10 that can be added.
(Remember to define how many of said Item you are using.)
-Other ARPG Critter +1 per creature Max cap of 2
(Remember to link to the import of the other APRG critter)
-1-4 score added based on rank of Jhoven attempting taming attempt.
