Activity Forms

To have a Jhoven rolled for in the activity, there must be a form for that Jhoven.
The form may  be in the description or comments to be rolled.
Provide a form in the description for each moose participating in the activity.
Remember:  -You must list out all bonuses to have them be rolled for
Be sure to remove any lines in the form that you do not need.
When doing activities and including other groups, please be sure to separate the different games forms with dividers

Applicable bonuses should be roughly listed as follows: Fraction || Stone || Tack || Companions || Consumables
