Fertility Trials
To breed, a young Jhoven must prove to the fertility spirit, Freyja that he or she can handle the responsibility by completing three trials.
Your Jhoven must do one prompt from each Trial (Heart, Endurance, & Trust) to be eligible to go before Freyja.
Jhoven with the Life Stone may skip one of the trials.
Images:
-Must be a minimum of 1000×1000 in size.
-Full body,
-Have a background with at least 4 distinct pieces.
Chibis are allowed.
Literature:
Must be 800 words.
Must clearly mention the Jhoven’s appearance twice.
Clear Beginning, Middle, and end of the piece.
Trials may end on cliffhangers but there should be clear end to the entry itself.
Trial Of Heart
Prompt 1}
Depict your Jhoven doing a good deed, proving their heart is true. This can be anything from giving some berries to a young Jhoven having a hard time getting food, hauling a load of wood for a human in town, or simply helping a squirrel dig up nuts for the winter.
Prompt 2}
Depict your Jhoven giving a thoughtful gift, or showing their love for their loved one. (parents, handler, significant other etc.)
Prompt 3}
Depict your Jhoven helping a friend or a loved one through a rough time. Proving that their heart is in the right place.
This can be anything from helping a sick friend clean their house, or making a meal for them, Being there while their friend has a good cry, Or even simply cheering them up somehow.
Prompt 4}
A true heart is strong, and endures. A true heart looks out for the well being of others. Depict your Jhoven looking out for a friend or caring for a sick loved one. .
Prompt 5}
Matters of the heart are often complex. Sometimes they come out for the better, Sometimes for worse. Does your Jhoven have one of these such matters? How do they navigate them? Did the outcome turn out in their favor?
Prompt 6}
The heart wants what the heart wants. What does your Jhoven’s heart desire?
Trial Of Endurance
Prompt 1}
Depict your Jhoven surviving in a harsh environment.
E.g enduring through a harsh snow storm,or finding food in the desert.
Prompt 2}
Depict your Jhoven, enduring through a long and hard journey. This can be anything from showing them coming home, looking a little roughed up, or a scene from their long journey.
Prompt 3}
Depict your Jhoven Enduring through a hard time in their life. This can be anything from them enduring a drought, a personal matter of any kind, Or even simply having to wait for a treat.
Prompt 4}
Sometimes there just is no endurance to have. Depict what your Jhoven does when they are all out. Do they rest? Do they double down?
Prompt 5}
When endurance is slim, sometimes the best course of action is to ask for help. For some this come easy. For others it is the hardest thing in the world. Which one is your Jhoven?
Prompt 6}
After a long, hard task or journey, how does your Jhoven decompress from the hardship they endured?
Trial Of Trust
Prompt 1}
Depict your Jhoven showing trustworthiness by showing that they can take care of something important. This can be anything from a friend’s prized possession, to a young calf.
Prompt 2}
Depict your Jhoven entrusting something to a friend, showing that they can trust others. This can be anything from their favorite thing, to trusting a task to be done.
Prompt 3}
Depict your Jhoven trusting in their gut instincts. This can be anything from trusting in an old bridge, to trusting in their loved one for something, or trusting one of the spirits to keep them safe.
Prompt 4}
Trust is something precious, sacred… Fragile. When one looses the trust of another, it’s a long road back to where you came from. How does your Jhoven handle when they break someone’s trust or when someone breaks theirs?
Prompt 5}
Sometimes you just have to trust. Depict your Jhoven taking a leap of faith.
This can be an emotional, or physical one.
Prompt 6}
What was the first thing that your Jhoven put their trust in, or what was the first thing that they were trusted with?
