Top Of Mount Morrow

Where Land meets the sky. This is the highest point in the land. Many inhabitants make the journey at night and the new year to pay tributes, and give prayers to their lost loved ones. This is where Anitook and Naburoo reside. It is said that Naburoo brings spirits who have left this world to the top of the mountain to join the night lights.

Bottom Of Mount Morrow

At the base of Mount Morrow sits a shelf of offerings for those who have left the world. Those who have lost loved ones bring them things that they loved in hopes it will make them smile so that they will shine bright in the northern lights. There are always candles lit around the base of the mountain. There is a cave beside the stone stairs to the top of the mountain. It is said that sometimes Naburoo will come and comfort those who are in deep grief and light a candle.

Yatok Fields

The Spirit Frejya can almost always be found frolicking in these fields. Especially in the spring time. It is one of the most lush places in Jhovenia, housing various species of flora and fauna alike.

Uulock Valley

One of the many valleys in Jhovenia. The grass is always a yellowy-orange color and many species live out here. Some people from the Tu-Ok Fraction decide to settle in this valley and start homesteads.

Mt. Pellee Pellee

This is the second highest peak in all of Jhovenia. This is home to the Fall spirit, Pellee Pellee. The leaves of the deciduous trees that reside here grow in shades of red, orange and yellow. A nearly perpetual fall.
Fun fact: There used to be a rock in the shape of an acorn at the peak until one fateful Halloween, a prank between Naburoo and Pellee Pellee went awry.

Jhovenia Shores

The beaches of Jhovenia are unique in that the sand under your toes is black and you often will find glaciers of clear ice coming in with the tide, even in the summer.
This is the best place to find Nanji the Summer Spirit when the season comes around.

Jhovheem

The town of Jhovheem is a small town nestled in the valley between the outskirts of Uulock valley and The morrow. This is where the majority of the human inhabitants live.

The Jein Library

For being such a little Fraction, they have one of the biggest buildings in town. This library holds all of the vast knowledge that’s been collected by it’s Scholars for decades. The library also doubles as the Scholar’s Schoolhouse in the lower levels of this three story building. Many rooms of the library are outfitted to resemble classrooms in some form.

The Open Market

The open Market is where anyone who doesn’t own a building in town goes to sell and trade their wares.
Most people here would rather trade than sell.
It’s located in the heart of Jhovheem just past the town hall.

Ariiko Village

Ariiko Village can be found nestled deep in the Uulock valley. This village is made up of people who wanted to live out on the land, away from the hustle and bustle of Jhovheem.

The Outtskirts

The Outtskirts are just outside of the collective little village of Ariiko Village. It’s not uncommon to see a lot of wildlife. They learned this area was close enough to humans that they weren’t hunted, but far enough away that it felt safe to them. This is normally where the villagers tame wild Jhoven seeing as it’s normally abundant with them.

Jhoveniea Wilds

Acres upon Acres of wild Snow-covered land. These are the wilds of Jhovenia. The ground is always blanketed with snow, even in the summer and pine trees are abundant. Many mountaineers from the Nheem fraction visit these wild lands to get away from the hustle and bustle of Jhoveem.

Mirrored Marsh

Nestled deep in the Jhovenia Wilds is a peculiar place.
A place dense with leaf-less but not lifeless trees. Where water covers the patch of land. Most areas are shallow enough to walk but watch out for the deep pockets. The seemingly murky water nearly perfectly mirrors all that stand within it. The trees are a mixture of white, black, and rust-brown colors. Known to the locals as Lone Bark. The bark is sought after for it’s unique coloring but always comes at a cost to those to dare come harvest it.

The Wild Divide

In the lowest point of the Jhovenia Wilds, there is a great divide. Known to the wilds inhabitants as “The Wild Divide” This divide separates the true wilds from the Uulock Valley.

Lake Montiqu

The largest lake on the continent of Jhovenia. This lake holds some mystical properties and a vast array of marine life. From Sea bass, to turtles, to Dolphins, to sea life of an other-wordly persuasion. A small island sits in the middle of the thousand acre body of water. Not many are brave enough to discover what  –or who lives there.

The Old Show Ring

This used to be the place to go and show off your Jhoven’s dashing good looks.
Sadly, official shows are no longer being held, due to the owner’s busy job traveling. It is open to the public for hosting unoffical shows however.

Ancient Battle Arena

Used for centuries, this was the place to settle the arguments that the court couldn’t. Once the land entered into peace, it was hardly used until the inhabitants discovered Battling as a pass-time.
